Technical supervision service is an independent monitoring of the work performed by the contracting construction and installation companies and a regular monitoring of the construction process. Depending on the conditions of construction, the Client may engage on a contractual basis an engineering company like our Company to implement technical supervision.
The Company can provide technical supervision service at any stage of construction and installation works, but the most effective is an integrated approach including the following:
• analysis of the design and estimate documentation;
• verification of the actual volume of works, quality assessment, and compliance with the specified parameters;
• identification of defects and ensure their complete repair.
